Major shopping opportunities! If you want to shop - you should come here. Souvenirs, name brand clothes , restaurants - they have it all. There's also a nice view as you're shopping along Front St.
This place is sad, two-thirds of this place is boarded up. Parking lot is free for 2 hours with validation so be sure to stop by the ABC store to buy something.
Be sure to get your parking validated at Hilo Hatties before you leave. Sometimes they'll do it with no purchase. Or buy something small at the ABC store to be validated .
