Julia was our waitress last night, and she was both a great waiter and had a fantastic positive and energetic personality. I virtually never request a specific server but I will next time I'm there.
Everything here is top notch. I can vouch that the whitefish was expertly cook and sauce is flavorful. The prime rib was rawer than normal for medium, order a level up from normal.
Carson's offers a relaxing Southwest feel and good food. Prices are moderately expensive but competitive for the area. Service is usually good. Usually not packed--hidden gem.
The food quality was decent to pretty good. If you choose to eat here I hope you like blue cheese because it is incorporated into most dishes (even the cole slaw ). Two rum and cokes cost over $21.00
Brussel sprouts are always great!otherwise they missed the mark. Theres a lot of potential but found ourselves disappointed. The pics on the menu look better than the food actually tastes.
New fish taco on appetizer menu...best of all in A2...except Isalita (a class apart )
Great prime rib . Best in a long time.
Great patio and place to go for birthdays!
The blue cheese coleslaw is amazing!
Kinda too $$$$ for me for the amount of food you get
Get the fried brussel sprouts !
Willing to help vegan and vegetarian patron. Just ask nicely and be somewhat flexible

Futuristic menus!
