Room is big! The Bay view is really great! But if you've been to different hotels , you will notice that the staff aren't really accommodating as the other five star hotels .

buffet is good, gym is adequate and clean , Internet is stable , swimming pool is more than enough for laps, access to S'Maison leads to SM Mall of Asia .
It's over-rated. Yes, the rooms are nice but they scrimped on a lot of things & economized on details that 5-star hotels should have.

One Bad Thing for this Hotel is that they charge for Wifi ; Hotels should provide free wifi for all their registered guests
