So in the daytime there's a csm that "attempted" to multitask and do a money order for me while she talked on the phone. I asked her to split payment, (had 2 cards in my hands)

she put the entire $650 on 1 card then told me they could cash it and I take the other half to the bank , its Saturday wtf. who are you to plan my day. I hate this place more than ever
