Love! A bit expensive but so much fun. Be sure to get in one of Paul's classes – he's the best! Just make sure you don't have to walk anywhere the next day.
Tried Mixed Barre. Not a bad workout, not really dance focused at all, but enjoyable. Try and get a mirror spot so you can see the instructor .
You'll be sweating by the end but will have fun throughout. Definitely a good workout and great staff !
