Watch out for the oldies that tie up the machines. There is one old dude that sits on the crunch machine for at least an hour and won't move! If he want's to sit and chat, he needs to go to Starbucks!

Make sure you spot you workout partner correctly
old outdate equipment however, they have yoga and spinning classes (and pilates with for $24 per class ). The whirlpool and swimmimg pool needs to be resurfaced.
Axe is not a fitness supplement, nor is any other cologne!
