My service was excellent. My order was delivered faster than most other Sonics and the order was correct. No complaints!

Placed an order for 2 shakes . 5min later, onscreen message "your order is being delivered". 10min later, ONE shake delivered - and was wrong

If you live close to this sonic, find another one. It took 10 minutes of trying to take my order for them to get it right and then they kept messing up my second order. Then I didn't get either total!

haven't been here in 5 weeks figured by now theyd have hired new employees and get better

Ice cream machine broken...92 degrees out in August...not a happy person

Awful awful service. Got my order wrong and I had to wait ten minutes in the drive through and listen to their stories about some party the other night. Terrible sonic.

Horrible service. Forgot my popcorn chicken , told them, 8 minutes went by and still no chicken . Then said they were gonna give me my money back, took another 10 minutes.

They tried to bring us the wrong order first, then they gave one straw for two drinks... And took forever to bring the second straw.

They sell bags of ice !

First the guy who brought our food had horrible customer service they got our order wrong asked for our right order and it's taking forever. Worst sonic ever!

Seems like these people working here aren't very smart!
