Enjoyed the special exhibits of the gems of the Medici and the artifacts of the Romanovs (nice dishes!).
It was amazing. The mummy exhibition was something to see. Take your time and absorb the rarity of having so many mummies in one place.

1st Sunday of month=Free! See Loretta Yang's glass piece in hallway between the 2 entrances. She envisioned herself in the hands of God when she made it. Kidseum is free with Bowers admission .

Parking is $6 but I manage to find free street parking . Watch for signs though about times i.e. street sweeping etc.
Came here for Sakura Festival because they promised live mochi testing! But not only did they not have mochi , there is no sakura in sight...
