Topkapı Sarayı Harem Dairesi

The harem is less crowdy than the main palace building. It is a pleasure to visit. Some rooms are amazingly beautiful. The audio guide is very informative. Do not miss it when you are in Topkapi.

The Museum Pass is on sale at many Istanbul hotels . It allows you to save time & money by offering admission to 6 must-see museums , including free admission to the Harem, without having to queue up.

One of the places you have to visit in Istanbul. Be aware that you have to buy the full ticket to go to the Harm section.

Harem offers magnificent examples of classical period Ottoman architecture and 16th century İznik tiles. Do not miss Murad the Third's main chamber built by Mimar Sinan.

It was an amazing experience, it takes 4 hours at least, get the full pass ticket and check the Harem main room!

Don't skip the harem ticket, even though it costs a little extra; it's the best part!

Not nearly as extensive as the palace itself, but beautiful and worth the sight.

Nice place where you will find everything about othmani sultans and the way were they lived.

No need to get Audio guide !!! The info is short and everything is written on the info boards next to the things worth see.

You can't miss visit this museum

Don't get the audio guide ! There is as much detail and information on the signs on the walls as in the audio guide . Kind of a waste of money and not cheap (25 TL)

Such much less busy and much more relaxed than any other part of Topkapı.

Worth to see this interesting part of Topkapi.

The Harem was not a prison full of women kept for the Sultan’s pleasure. It was actually the Sultan’s family quarters.

No wifi hotspot nearby and cell network is wonky - I wonder how sultan family used to check in here.

IMO, the harem is the prettiest section of the palace .

Wasn't impressed. Looks good, but doesn't worth the price, IMHO. Also, forget about audio guide . Waste of money , since it doesn't give any interesting information.

Шикарное место. Если уже пришли в Топкапы , то обязательно купите билет в Гарем . Очень интересно и красиво.

Красиво, жаль только, что часть не посмотреть из-за ремонта . Женщинам надевать платки, чтоб посмотреть гарем , не нужно - это миф!

İç içe geçmiş koridorlar, minik odalar. Bize aslında burada yaşayanların ne kadar mütevazi yaşadıklarını hatırlatıyor

Topkapı Saray ’ını gezmek gerçekten hoş. Ama üç saat ayırmak lazım burası için.
