Steak 'n Shake

We were greeted as soon as we walked in. Our waitress was very friendly , and this is the first time we've ever gotton our food in less than 10 min after orderingat a Steak n' Shake.

Im 4/4.....love this place! I have received great service and great food! :) def cant beat the price a d half off shake and drinks! Try the crunch burger mmmmmm mmmmm

Love the Royale burger and fries !!! Other than my first cup that was given to me was extremely dirty with stuff stuck all on it, I enjoyed my meal and service

It was an extremely busy Sunday afternoon but our server, Nikita, handled it like a champ and with a smile! I made sure the manager was aware before we left, that we were especially pleased. ????????⭐️

How in the hell you are Out of milkshakes .WTF.Man!! Raggedy ass Steak n Shake in Georgia! Every time I come here. it's some BS. It's my fault tho 4 thinking that this place will somehow get better!

Always a line for drive thru after hours, but if you come be patient and considerate of cars behind you. Like pull up more so others can order. Dumb asses.

The Burgers are great, the Fries are very delicious, the Shakes are tasty!

One of the servers/seaters that sat us was the RUDEST young ladies I have ever encountered in food service!!!! The name in her name tag was Frecklez..... So beware!!!!

Must have the guacamole burger & turtle shake . Make certain to ask for turtle on top& bottom.

The burgers and fries are actually really good.

Definitely will ask for Sharnel next time. She is awesome.

Don't come on a week end, kids eat free so it's packed!

The staff here do to much personal talk food is good.

They may cook to order but it shouldn't take 9 minutes to come get our drink order (water) & another 6 minutes to bring it. Every year I come & it's horribly slow. I'll go to Waffle House instead.

This place was horrible. The floors were sticky, it took almost a half hour to even be recognized, the lighting was terrible, the food took too long to be brought out. Definitely will not be returning

Service was so slow I thought the drive-thru wasn't working. However, my order was taken at the window an filled correctly. Not bad for a busy Saturday night.

I don't understand why they make you pull up to a parking space when there is nobody in the drive thru waiting behind you? ??

Fuck this place...walked in here at 8:35 pm. It's now 10:35 pm and all I've had is a Dr. Pepper . They are extremely understaffed. The poor waitress is doing her best but they got her doin too much
