Skip the self check out unless you know what you're doing, if you don't you'll be waiting for help for some time, especially if there is no one at the front desk.
If no one is at the customer service desk, be prepared to stand there awkwardly and look around and wait for an employee.

I prefer this Walgreens but what is with the drive-thru pharmacy!?! It is always backed up; I do not know what takes SO long. Overall the staff is great and a good selection of anything you need. - k jj
