Amazing hotel ..the bed was lux ☺ would sleep for ages in it!! They had socket for my straightener from Estonia...iron, complimentary water both sparkling and still every day, chocolate ...Relaxing!!

In case you are traveling from the US and have forgotten your adapter, the wall outlet can accommodate your electricity needs :). All guest rooms have 110 volt outlets. Yay!

Not sure which desert to take? Try the toffee desert , great combination of warm toffee and cold chocolate ! See picture.

If you get the 39 or the 39A bus into Dublin it's only €3.05 a taxi is €19, so you basically save 3 pints of Guinness :-)

Clean and classy . Comfortable beds and bathrooms .

Great hotel . Friendly staff . Good food.

Dont sit in the corner booth that's closest to the bar . The staff will ignore you and leave u to clear your own table. 2 hours here and just finished dessert . Disastrous!

WiFi finally appears to be fixed so that it works in rooms further away from the lifts

Chicken wings at the bar are amazing

Do *NOT* ask for 'water' in the restraunt! - they will ROB you! I got charged €5.20 for two glasses of water! Disgrace. Other than that, place is superb.

Very surprised with the bar food not being of a great standard. I drop in here regularly and find it very good. I won't criticise too much as staff are very good, however kitchen is lacking something

No food served after 10pm, unless room service ... Room service is better than most hotels though!

Try not to get a room on the 9th floor. When the hotel was busy there was no water pressure for the shower .

Terrible place. The waiters aren't helpful...... We didn't get the fee WiFi ...

Avoid food at all costs, so much salt in everything possibly to try hide the terrible food
