Very good customer service! Ning was able to provide a solution to a recent issue I had with my postpaid line ..That is all that matters.. The hotline representatives are not of any help which is bad.
I had a very friendly & knowledgeable specialist who attended to me. And there's one really hot tall guy who works there too. Dunno his name though. Haha! ;-)
