Nice place to stay and staff are very accommodating and very friendly . Close to airport with great conference areas and rooms. Room service is quick and food is excellent.
Upgrade to club lounge if u can for free breakfast and access to the club lounge for awesome cappuccino and hor's d'oeuvres during the week. Great for meetings!
Do NOT use the cards that allow you to refuse room cleaning . 15 cards and one cleaner gets sent home without pay.
I love the second floor open reception area.
Very old hotel , renovated, surprisingly not noisy from the flights
Olio has great Tapas and wine selection
Conference Rooms are noisy with Airplanes flying above at low altitude approaching Airport to land
Rather small bathrooms in the room
Rooms don't have individual safe boxes
Conference facilities are not great. noisy from passing over planes and AC in rooms is bot good.
