Service is good! Wifi connection is fast here! So far the most satisfied Neway I've been. The only Neway in Malaysia that provide washroom in every rooms. ????

I love the mic and audio. BUT I cannot stand the music selection system; so confusing, songs are everywhere, not categorized properly, some country origins at different country and etc!

Clean ambience, great buffet spread and an en-suite karaoke room ! What more can one ask for? Student discounts applicable with student cards.

Room is very big for 6 of us!!!and come with wii!!!!! So when somebody is singing so other can play wii as well ..service very good..

Come during promotion period for the most bang for your bucks. The song navigation menu is very clunky so do download the app beforehand to ease the burden of searching for your favorite karaoke songs

The food here tastes better than other Neway outlets. Can go for expensive RM5 parking or drive around for and park further away for cheaper alternative

F&B still have rooms for improvement. Sushi is fresh here with more varieties. Sound system up to standard. Staffs are helpful.

polite but very pricey ...they have a shortcut for latest Karaoke song list but difficult to find those nostalgic songs like "Tiada Lagi" and Golden Oldies.

Love this outlet here. Food is decent, price is very reasonable and good service

The sing system is rather weak. Some song is in the database, just can't locate by pinyin but need to search song after song. Sound system is good, food is delicious.

The fact that they are providing Wii and PS3 has made me to prefer this outlet over the others.
