just get a lil bit of each flavor you want..save room for all the toppings! u can do it for under $7! music is Satellite Radio BPM Beats Per Minute dance/electronic..its fun and different get over it.

It's a nice treat, especially on a beautiful night. And The atmosphere at the Promenade is great! Nice place for a date. :) lol Get dinner & fro yo !

Avoid the lines at Cups by going at dinner time or when school is in session. Call ahead to pick up dinner at one of the places at the Promenade and then get your Cups. Works every time!

Not from the area but was surprised to walk in and hear them pumpin some popular house music & had retro beach posters everywhere. Bonus point for having fruity pebbles cereal! 

Great frozen yogurt shop . So many flavors & toppings to choose from that you won't find at Red Mango or Pinkberry .

Not sure what to get? Try dulce de leche with cake batter topped with fruits (strawberries , pineapples and kiwi ). You'll thank me later ;)

The cheesecake bites are delicious, the guide for toppings is ABOVE the toppings. Oh, & don't b a fool & walk in the front entrance, use the side entrance! lol

Parking tip: Go on the Route 3 side of the Promenade and park by Corner Bakery Cafe . Go inside and there is a door by the coffee that will lead you to Cups!

Yogurt is as good as any other self serve place, but I could do without the ear bleeding decibel of music . I couldn't get out of there fast enough. I hope I didn't sustain any long term hearings loss!

GREAT yogurt & super tasty toppings. I love the fact that you can test out all the flavors, so you won't get stuck with a lousy one.

Love the red velvet cake ! And I am a fan of techno music , but feels odd when sitting in lounge couches & eating froyo wearing non-club attire.

Im lactose intolerant but still come here cuz its a cool atmosphere for my son...he gets to make froyo the way he wants...dope as hell

Ask about the Cups stamp cards. If you buy 9 cups you can get the 10th free. . . If you remember to get it stamped each time.

Self-serve frozen yogurt . There's usually a long line so try to go early during the day or late at night. They're open til 12.

I'm not a yogurt fan I just like seeing the vintage movie/music pics & listening to the house music

Got the thin mint flavor, when I have half a roll of thin mint GSC in my purse lol. And love the ghiradelli chocolate syrup

There is always a huge line to get in but the frozen yogurt is worth it. Try the cookies n' cream !

Yogurt is just ok. Still prefer pinkberry or red mango . Their plain yogurt is not tart , but a Greek yogurt , which literally tastes like...Greek yogurt . The watermelon sorbet is tasty and refreshing.

Tastes more like ice cream but it's good. Longgg lines . They charge you based on the weight of your cup so unless you don't mind paying $10 per cup, skimp on the toppings.

On hot days (temp above 72 degrees) expect to make a ridiculous line !

They have NO menu but a ridiculous amount of flavors for a frozen strictly yogurt place . Also, they only open the side door when the corner bakery is closed. Starting to get the hang of this place...
