Coffee and Food options are very good and the location is AWESOME - best coffee shop on the lake in Hamilton

New renovation is very echoey, and as usual it's quite busy. But the food and atmosphere are awesome! I highly recommend a London Fog (latte with Earl Grey tea and steamed milk )

Tuna melt was pretty good. One of the people I was with said the coffee was excellent. Nice place to spend some time enjoying the view and pretty good food.

Been coming to Williams since the early days always great staff and great eats ,, Williams is always willing to help out at community events

Milkshakes are amazing. Waffles are airy, crunchy and delicious! Avoid the pizza - rather bland and greasy.

Do not substitute anything- it's super expensive to do so. Their lunch boxes are not so good. Stick to sandwiches and desserts , and coffees which are all amazing.

Great spot for a coffee social with friends ! Free Wifi and comfy couches ;)

A secret hide away with a view . Always friendly , with your order brought to your table quickly.

Staff is ALWAYS in a sour mood. Maybe overworked or underpayed. Location is awesome and food is decent, if a bit pricey .

They have a nice selection of sandwiches and wraps .

The roast beef sandwich is to die for.

When drinking tea (large) ask for two bags. Choose a table first.

Great for drinks, but the service for food sucks and you wind up with a cold quesadilla .

Sour staff maybe due to bad management? -London fog without steamed milk "it's supposed to be like that" -no place to put dirty dishes "well that's how we do things here". Downhill.
