De Koninck - Antwerp City Brewery

To be honest, I was expecting an old and boring brewery but this place has got my attention. It was a really cool experience and the beer is good! Loved "Wild Jo".

The museum is a nice experience as you travel throughout history and get to know this fine Antwerp beer . Must visit! Afterwards you can taste different beers yourself (my favorite part ;) )

WHY THERE: Belgian beer , brewery . STUFF: nice selection, incl. degustation samples. STAFF : ok. LOCATION: outta mainstream (convenient). PRICES: average (reasonable) [DE KONINCK]

Outside tables hidden behind a bike store. Search and find... Nice early summer after work spot.

The stout beer called tstbrw2 on the menu is worth trying. Ofcource after having a couple of De Konincks!

The self directed tour is highly recommended. And the taster tray was well worth it after the tour .

Language barrier? No worries! There are many language options for the brewery tour .

Great tour - awesome atmosphere!!

I thought this tour was pretty bad! Didn't learn much and I actually wanted to, and it was all a bit 'cheesy'. If you do go the desgustation at the end is actually not bad with decent size servings.

The food is always good! The place is nice and people friendly .

Great ambiance, perfect beer !

The brewery tour is almost completely virtual.

Een pareltje om, als Antwerpenaar, supertrots op te zijn. Een aanrader voor jan en alleman. Schol , en doe ze nogs vol! ;)

Perfecte kruising tussen brouwerij en entertainment! Proef de Wilde Jo met een Van Tricht kaasplankje en bezoek de shop!

Heel leuk museum dat zowel over 't stad als over de brouwerij gaat. Degustatie van 3 bieren is inbegrepen!

Zeker de brouwzaal bezoeken en dan aan de overkant een bolleke gaan proeven!

Geen Bollekes van 't vat !? In eigen huis, gezeten tussen honderden vaten... What a shame...
