Based on the name, we expected a dive bar versus the swank spot we walked into. Great vibes, live music and a ridiculous offering of craft cocktails make for a perfect way to wind down the night.

Be prepared to wait a bit - it's very popular, especially on weekends - but it's well worth it. Can't go wrong with a Vieux Carre, but trust your bartender ! Tell them what you like and stand back

If u want to listen to the live music and not have to stand, get there for dinner around 8pm and you'll be enjoying the music from a cozy booth with an Anna's Irish Coffee in hand at 9pm : )

Trendy spot with decent cocktails . Service is slow when it's crowded , but the bartenders are friendly and knowledgeable . They have food and the grilled cheese is good for a quick bite .

Cocktails are awesome - interesting flavors, well balanced and expertly crafted. And they're half off during happy hour !

Great gin drinks but get the Tom Collins . The use of Old Tom really makes it stand apart !

Still the best cocktails in town ! That said, the interior no longer feels "clean " or kept up. Lots of deferred maintenance. (As of May, 2017.)

Great Gin drinks . Amber claimed their White Linen is the best anywhere and the Corpse Reviver was also great.

Hands down, my favorite eggs benny in town . Try with spinach and tomato (you can add the ham too). Never disappointed.

Order an Old Cuban before you go. ~Diplomatic Rum , lime juice , sugar, Angostura Bitters and muddled mint , topped w/ sparkling wine .

Note your typical bar menu , so great if you're wanting to try something new. Nice bar staff and great atmosphere with live music .

Food is super good. Only place I know that mixes laphroaig into a drink. Also, Sam is the best waitress here, :-)

Hanger Steak Salad is AMAZING! It's Spinach , steak , strawberries , chevre goat cheese , and tangerine vinaigrette dressing . Try it!

Don't pick your drink. Tell the bartender what you usually drink, but ask them to be creative with something similar.

Meals are great

Fried green tomatoes , followed by the turkey melt all while drinking a Stella...........also some of the best French fries I've ever had, great spot!
