For god's sake , how difficult is it to run a coffee shop . There's a long line 99% of the time. This place is severely understaffed. Employees are stressed out and are not polite because of it.
Ask for a basic coffee or you will be waiting for 20 minutes!
Try the Gingerbread Latte during the holidays. It's delish :)
