Pluses are Charming staff , free wifi and Fridge and microwaved in the rooms, but if you like a plush mattress you won't find it here. It's like sleeping on a cement slab wrapped in cotton

Breakfast staff was probably the best I have ever seen and I travel monthly! The kitchen staff 's service out shined the front of the house! Made to order food was great! Highly recommend!

Great location right downtown. Used to be a HGI that they converted, still feels more like one than a Hilton but the rooms are nice. Valet parking only for $23 a night but that's due to the location.

Love this hotel ! It used to be a very popular department store from like the 50s to the 80s ! Beautiful at Christmas time !

Breakfast in the executive lounge - nice that they have one !! Bar open late and a full service Resturant !!

The restaurant features recipes from the Miller and Rhoads Tea Room . The M&R 7 layer cake and the M&R French silk pie are awesome!

Valet only parking and no free breakfast was disappointing. But room is good with very high ceilings . No bathroom exhaust fan in my particular room. Clean hotel , with thin walls, and friendly staff .

Valet parking is really the only option and it can be a giant cluster in the morning with only 2 people working the stand.

The business center is open 24 hours ...well stocked with printers that actually work

If you eat in the hotel , the best plays are the Missouri club sandwich and the rotisserie chicken .

Took the shuttle to Sine Irish pub for dinner . Bangers and mash were awesome!

Night staff is always amazingly nice. Hotel is great too.

You can hear all of the street noise.

Not the best Hilton experience. Housekeeping and food service staff were disappointing. Over half hour wait for car to be brought out of valet parking .

Some of these rooms are really nice. Some of these rooms are really small. I hope to stay in a nice room one day. heh.

Executive Lounge is just OK.

Bar service was pretty bad. Easily overwhelmed. Burger was good though. Very very overpriced ($16.49 with tax) but did the job.

Breakfast is mad overpriced. It's just a normal continental breakfast that you usually get for free.

Do not expect a comfortable sleep. These beds are awful.

There's a Starbucks in the Marriott across the street.
