Awesome Gym . Great Shakes and convenient child daycare . Open 24-hrs a day M-Th. Only downside: Really packed weeknights M-W.
It's a great gym but very spiteful when you leave.I've been a member for 10 years and am moving and need to cancel.They try and force me to sign a 60 day extention. Eff them.Cancel through your bank !
Awesome gym , great atmosphere, take advantage of your time here, do not neglect any body part, get your cardio in, go hard, stay consistent and look for Krissy to make your shake!
awesome gym . has all the utilities you could think of. it is a bit hot in there though so wear light clothing !
Joseph David has the best classes . come to hip hop on Monday at 8pm and Sunday at noon. guns and buns Sunday at 11am
Try to use the muscle ur working to pull and push weights. Don't just throw weights around!!!

Only gym that doesn't have classes at 7:00&8:00 am, not everyone can make 9:15 & 10:15 am...
Gym with its own chiropractor right in the building.
Very clean gym . It gets packed 5-6 pm
Burn that fat and follow snooty waiter on Facebook to find out where to eat so you can put that fat right back on.
Take some Cellucor M5 2-in-1 for that extra pump before you hit the gym !
