The Monroe Library is terrific. A great place for up-to-date books , periodicals. Staff is polite and extremely helpful. Great place to sit with your computer when you are "working on the go".
Audio books are great, but don't work great with in-car Bluetooth.
avoid the hours between 230 pm and 530 pm. Every low grade high school hooligan in town hangs out here then.
