Great service & management..We unfortunately faced a power outage during our stay at this hotel but the manager & all the staff were very helpful & supportive and we did get a full refund in the end!

I enjoyed this hotel since it wasn’t too big but had great amenities . It was next door to the Shelborne which gave us some options for breakfast with Dave’s cafe pop-up

We were very misguided by the good reviews. Bathroom AC vent smells like BO. Many of their towels are stained. Not a whole lot going on in terms of restaurants , pool, etc. Bed without a bed sheet?

Place was unkept and elevator kept breaking. Had worst overall experience at this location was there from Sunday to Wednesday February 21, 2018.
