Their soft serve ice-cream is really nice along with their coffee . Unsurprisingly the affogato is a great choice here.

Since their prime customers are Tsukiji fish market staff , you can't expect good service and atomosphere in general. Kokuto macchiato (macchiato with raw sugar and cream) is recommended.
