Nice Hotel , site in central of city unfortunately as a five start hotel , it has not a siming pool.

Very nice hotel with a friendly staff . Located in the very centre of Prague. Highly recommended!

Poor choice of my tour agency. No conditioned air? The guest need to sleep in an oven? Is this a 5 stars hotel ? Yeah, nice joke!!! Prague is a nice city , but this ho(s)tel is a shame. Avoid it!!!

The foods are amazing

Not up to the same level as most leading hotels of the world. Grumpy staff , no wifi in rooms, very outdated furnishings and audio visual. Pool and gym is in a different building. Great location though

Excelente hotel 5* estrelas !!! Recepção , Concierge e qualquer coisa que você precise, providenciam imediatamente !!! Sem mencionar que fica a 5 min do metrô, praça Meneslau, totalmente central !

Для 5ти звезд и 200 евро за ночь-отель супер!!!! Расположение отличное! Косметику не меняют каждый день, полотенца меняют если реально кинуть на пол!!! Если на ванну-повесят обратно:( Завтрак неплох!

Очень хороший Ресторан Gourmet Club отеля Palace. Не даром он входит в десятку лучших ресторанов города . Рекомендуем))

Não sei quem escreveu pelo ar condicionado, no entanto, nenhum hotel leste europeu contém ar condicionado e além do mais, quem precisa de ar em uma variedade de temperatura entre 0* e -10*c ???

В отеле вся косметика l'occitaine))))в номерах ее жалеют и не меняют и не добавляют ,если еще полбанки))))

Далеко не 5 звезд!! Расположение удачное, но сам отель требует и ремонта и доработок!! Ценник соответствует!!

Não se hospedem neste hotel . Não há Ar Condicionado no inverno . O hóspede tem que ficar num forno dentro do quarto. Péssimo hotel . Não se hospedem aqui.
