The Island House Hotel

This place is great! Not extremely fancy , but it's a great price for a great place. It is right on a clean and nice beach and has a pool and kids pool ! I would stay again for sure.

The hotel is lovely, the staff friendly and helpful. This place is welcoming and comfortable . Also made an Amazing "Host Hotel " for our event held in Orange Beach!

The staff here at the Island House Hotel are so accomodating! Hotel is beautiful and view from balcony is great! You must check out this hotel .

For $300 My son had to sleep on the floor because the hotel manager, the front desk person, and the Hilton Honors Diamond desk LIED.

Hilton HHonors Diamond desk promised us a rollaway bed. Hotel lied said room too small for rollaway than said they had no rollaways. Diamond desk said we would be moved to a sweet. Hotel mgr refused.

Bad policy of trying to charge full rate when you book AAA. Check your paperwork at check-in. Hotel is nice. Clean rooms . Good staff . AAA issue has occurred more than once. Wouldn't mention it.

I would never stay at this hotel again nor would I recommend it to anyone. Very rude and unprofessional management and housekeeping staff . Dirty pool. Overpriced with no mini-fridge or microwave .
