I agree with Chad, Ben H is wrong. The food here is fantastic! Try the wings , grilled or the clam chowder on Fridays as a few examples. $5 burger baskets for lunch . .. $1pints on Tuesdays until 630

Fantastic burgers , the waffle fries are great, and the server April is laugh your ass off funny. One of the funniest servers I have had.
Burgers , Salads and Tetrazzini are all great depending on the appetite of the day.
Breakfast at Rascals is always the best especially with Kim as your server and Matt as your bartender !

Nothing is that great anymore...it's hit or miss..mostly miss. Used to come here a couple times a month. They changed their menu and all of their Happy Hour specials .????
