I agree with Jim. My wife, Meredith N. Is the new store manager, and she makes sure the coffee is fresh and the customers are happy. Pop in on your way to work, shopping in Birmingham or the zoo ;)

I don't know what that other person's comment was about. This Starbucks is super nice and friendly !

Try a Chai/Pumpkin Frappucino with chocolate whip & caramel drizzle ! Heaven!

I thought the service was very poor. I don't frequent starbucks, and I am now reminded why. I'll stick with my regular place I get coffee .

If you're not a regular at this location they treat you like you're 2nd class . Sad.

This Starbucks is terrible. No matter who is working, it is slow and the drinks are out of order. Just took 20 minutes to get a latte .
