The best meal I had in Italy, and that's saying a lot. Less stuffy than a normal fine dining/tasting menu spot (some patrons in t shirts ). Dishes are innovative takes on Roman traditions.

Maestro Angelo Troiani is amazing, absolutely delightful and unimaginable cuisine. Highly recommend! Try ice cream with salami ;)
