Love the way the Geek Squad assumes why you are there and then acts surprised that you want to purchase a service, not a product. Customer service is asking and listening...not assuming and telling.

They do price matching without too much of a fuss which is great because usually they're ridiculously overpriced. Do yourself a favor and just stay at home and shop online.
Great customer service answered every question I had.
Only go to the musical instruments section early in the day or late. There are too many annoying little kids banging on instruments throughout the day, making hard to hear yourself.
Good store to check out electronics but almost always cheaper at amazon.com

Geek squad is immensely incompetent. Your better off trying to fix the problems with your computer yourself. Youd get better results.
So many employees just walking around, but only 2 cashiers and 2 people in customer service.

I'm sure Geek Squad is knowledgeable but they only thing they've proven to me is that they're looking to make sales. Awful sales tactics--waaaay too pushy!
