Sloppy but, good burger . I like it that way myself. Once they over did it with the mustard . Informed them of the problem. They fixed it and allowed me to keep the other burger .

I'm from jersey and this was my first time here. The prices are amazing for the amount of food you get! The good is great! The service inside is unlike anything I've ever experienced. Def a good time!

Well what do you expect at 3am.. 5 star dining? Get a fkin' grip people! There is usually only 1 server on at that time and their working their ass off.

The reason why service is slow is because there's so many tables set to a server. I'm a server and I'm always running around this place doing at least 5 tables of 4+

Omg 45 mins and walk out never had to wait like this, not even on high end 5 stars restaurants , that are actual gourmet food. Not a crappy burger , service sucks, and managers are worthless. Going McD.

Saturdays you get a free kids meal when you buy an adult meal - ask before you order just to make sure (not drive-thru, though)

Burnt onion rings .... Days old lemons .... Soggy hamburger buns ...

Worst service I've ever had anywhere. Didn't get one refill until I had to hunt someone down. Was here for over an hour. My server decided to become a cook during her shift. Eat somewhere else.

Slow service. Waited for 10 minutes with my daughter. Someone else walked in and they seated him first. So... We waited longer. Had to have a milkshake for summer break celebration.

Diarrhea all over the female restroom ?? Plus the sinks don't work?!!?! Soo all female employees obvi can't wash their hands after using said diarrhea-filled restroom . Sooo out of here!!!

Apparently you have to request a napkin when going thru the drive thru .

Not sure why, most steak and shakes are great. This one is not. Food is good, drive thru service sucks.

Food is good but table service very slow and drive theu there is not much better- had to complain to manager to get a waitress to get us refills after waiting 10 mins
