The name BIKINI BERLIN came from Bikinihaus, which is how locals affectionately called the building in the 1950s. The two-tier architecture reminded them of the then daring new swimwear fashion.
This place is definitely worth a visit. Probably not for buying overpriced designer clothes / fancy souvenirs, but rather to relax in the hall or one of rooftop cafes with amazing view towards the zoo
Quite hipster place but nice for take a rest (there is a chill out area at the 1st floor) and get know the latest trends in German design both of clothes and home appliances .
Bikini Berlin, a midcentury architectural landmark near the Berlin Zoo , was reinvented as a fashion-forward mall in 2015. It features several local brands such as the eyeglass designers Mykita. Read more
A mini mall for hipsters and other people with distinct taste and a little too much money. Includes free view of some monkeys . In the zoo .
If you are in need of a design-shopping pause that's the right place for you! Restaurants and cafès on the roof, too (with a view on the zoo !)
Very cool concept mall in Berlin ! Try to visit the "Knit for You" Adidas Store! Amazing!
Concept stores! Designer stuff, very good food and beautiful view to the zoo . It's very expensive but special place, not a regular HM stuff
cool place with unique and interesting shops! was so impressed by Jacks' beauty department pop up store . it's real gem for girls )
Nice shoppingcenter with an edge to it. Some pop up stores , concept stores and coffee bars .
Trendy place with lots of indie design brands. The bars and restaurants around are the most attractive ones.
Really fancy interior and you can even get a few of the monkeys in the zoo !!
Check out Pop Up Fashion Berlin above Kaisers for a great selection of young independent designers from Berlin and a far.
Great shopping mall concept! Especially the just hang around public parts and the Japanese shop inside
Best mall I’ve ever been to, hipster vibes all over the place. A lot of small pop up stores from independent company’s.
After shopping at the Mall Bikini Berlin go upstairs on the terrace for an impressive view over Berlin’s zoo .
Cute stores! If you go upstairs you can see a bit from the zoo !
Quite different from the other malls in the city . Many small shops from local designers, instead of the usual global fashion brands.
A less crowded shopping experience with an excellent selection of stores. Also: view over the monkies.
Great selection of special interest & high quality shops. Pricey , but definitely not your typical shopping center.
Not usual with interesting brands, and there is awesome coffee and vegan cake in 5 Elephant cafe
Alternative mall with some crazy shops and a window into the zoo . You can see monkeys . With and without fur.
Shoppingmall next to the Zoo . In the middle you can have coffee , while looking at the monkeys . Lots of local designers. Pretty but expensive .
Fancy things for fancy prices.
Def. a different approach to the mall concept. Not for everyone, but I liked it, esp. the Gestalten store.
Nice shopping mall a lot of small pop-up shops everywhere 👌🏼
Must see in Berlin! Conceptual mall and amazing atmosphere!
Forget Alexa - this is a cool shopping mall . No H&Ms or REWEs to be found in here. Shops seems to have been handpicked for their unique selections of wares. But cool products come with high prices.
Shops that are a little different. Not just your standard H&M and Zara, like ever other shopping centre in Europe
Interesting place to see, quite expensive shopping. The terrace with the monkey view is one of my favorite places to hang out.
One of the best malls in Berlin .
Amazing concept with designer stores. Must visit Adidas design shop.
I prefer street shopping to malls but at least this mall has a different array shops. Very pretty & pleasant surprise
Go fancy , go there! Great place to discover Berlin design from interior to clothes
Best mall in Berlin . Quite expensive , but the best for window shopping 😉
Cutest mall in Berlin . Come here for interesting unique shops.
Nice collection of spots, and there's Five Elephants for coffee and a few decent options for lunch .
Head to the roof, it's the closest thing to NY's Highline Park in Berlin.
Come up to the terrace and check out the monkeys checking out the monkeys !
Great views into the zoo from the cafe/shop
Very unique shopping mall , many design-related stuff
nice place to wounder around. Expensive clothing .
Most outstanding shopping mall in Berlin . Have a coffee watching monkeys .
Nice alternative mall with a lot of new designers and popup stores.
Go to the roof for perfect zoo view . Apes will be there too :)
Nice architecture and shopping mall
I would love to have such kind of places in Munich!
Great variety of food restaurants
Really cute and relaxed atmosphere during the week.
Nice selection of unknown Berlin designers . 👌🏻
Try the awesome cool bar upstaris with a nice view from the city. - Henry
So huge and tasty pizza. They offer fine Paulaner beer from Munich. - Roman Lacko
Das original Hamburger from, you guessed it, Hamburg. The meat is good while the sauces and toppings are fresh and come in several combinations. Orders are named after local streets. Very tasty! - Jit BP
Real nice turkish dips and bread stand inside Kaiser's. - Phil Calçado
As a child it looked so huge and the ceiling was so high! Now it is a rather small shopping center, some shops in it but the water clock is still a catch :) - Meltem K
It all most felt like we were in a New York rooftop bar. Nice homemade and self invented cocktails with superb view - Ilse Paepe
The food hall is fantastic. And the small restaurants there too. - anna adriani
