Casheir does not prompt customers for free gift for amount purchase above certain amount. You need to be alert and ask the right cashier for the right information.
If you are a frequent at watsons, do get a watsons card. Not all cashiers mention this, but points collected on watsons cards can be translated into a monetary value to be contra-off your full bill.
Some here watson stuff and one if the pharmarcy actually isnt friendly at all!
