When a customer asks you a question about your coffee you shouldn't respond with "i don't know, I don't drink coffee ". You should just know your product whether you drink it or not.
There is not one happy employee here. They don't look at you, they don't talk to you, and they can give two shits about what you ordered. Par for the course, I guess.
