Great national park . Beautiful views of the D. C. Area. Great history on the house and the significance of the cemetery .
Go up the hill to enjoy the amazing view on Memorial Avenue, the Arlington Memorial Bridge and the Lincoln Memorial , as well as the Washington Monument , the US Capitol and downtown Washington , DC.
A lot of history in this house. The overlook over the city is spectacular.

The house is open 7 days a week throughout the summer from 9:30am - 4:30pm
Visit and vote often. Be sure to see the Lee study where he resigned his commission for the United States Army MCS
Look directly across from here and you'll see the Lincoln Memorial in a straight line on the other end.
Look across the front entrance and you'll see the Lincoln Memorial straight and center.
Don't forget to stop by the servant's house in the back!

You must stay for the changing of the guards. Not a sound by anyone. Everyone was quite and this includes infants. I will be back here again. This was definitely a highlight of my week. - Jeremy Jacobowitz
