Excellent service . Always stayed at the Marriott before, but booked at the Ritz this time. Corporate rates at both places were similar. But the Ritz is the Ritz! The Club Room was fantastic.

The hotel’s Farmers Market Menu in Muse changes monthly, highlighting a single seasonal ingredient across the menu. A favorite so far? Strawberry-jalapeño-glazed mahi , in the heart of berry season.

A classy elegent hotel . Beautiful chandeliers . A nice quiet polite quality. The employment staff consists of friendly smiley spirited beings. Is that real or appearance? The vibing seems genuine.

Try the Heroes Kryptonite , Romantic Lover and Royal Rebel martinis at R-C's Lobby Lounge on 6. Created just for the CIFF, you can vote on which martini will be named "Best Martini ."

Fancy and luxurious per usual. And the hotel 's location is centrally located. Alas, I get guilt pangs staying here given the state of the Rust Belt.

Everything was outstanding, as usual, however my only pain point was a Service Fee of 23% added to the bill. When I asked the waitress if that was the gratuity she said it wasn't.

Cool place to stay...good service and great times here...got engaged here last time I was here.

The hotel is tied architecturally to Terminal Tower. When it was completed in the 1930s, this 52-story tower was the second tallest building in the world.
