I've only been here 2 times to get my camera fixed. Both times I waited on line at least 20 minutes for the Geek Squad . Also they told me it'd be fixed in 2 weeks, it took over a month...

Theres tons of blue shirts but not all can assist. Been waiting a while to get ipads and no one at counter. I guess they don't work on commission.

if you know what you want & where it is, store is just fine. if you need any help at all, go somewhere else. lots of employees just walk around & do no customer service at all. :-(
