Lacking good customer service. I walked in and was told it was a 15 min wait but then they asked that I return an hour later. Like it makes sense for me to go home and come back. Went someplace else.

They charge you $5 extra (on top of everything else) to do gel soak off if you had it done elsewhere. Wish I just said yes when she asked if I got them painted here...

HORRIBLE quality. My no-chip mani/pedi from here started PEELING off 6 DAYS later. They used to do a nice job, but have really taken a turn for the worst. Never wasting my money at this salon again!
