A nice little museum about AA history and some nice displays and artefacts. Don't miss having a look at the DC3, and you save a lot of money by booking online. Swap an hour here for the DFW terminals
Small but well conceived museum on AA. Easy to visit before flying from DFW. Don't miss the DC3 flagship, you can even go inside. And go see the movie , it's well done.
Updated September 2018, the museum has several new interactive exhibits and a playground that teaches kids how to exit a plane in an emergency.
I like everything here! I like to see history of how it all started and the plane is awesome! One thing I would have to say is the planes restroom smells bad.you might want to do something about that.
Great place to visit, even though if you don't work in aviation. You can learn a lot of history here as well as the airline itself (AA).
$9 for adults, $6 for 65+ senior/2-17 children/college students with ID/military.
Incredible exhibits , unique gifts , and lots of hands-on for little ones.
There's an MD-80 cockpit now in addition to the DC-3.
Amazing museum and the DC3 is incredible!
Avoid the 15 minute Michael Bolton singing The Spirit of American film at all costs... It was like sitting through a self help seminar hosted by a Psychotic Evangelical Leader.
Great museum for kids!
Enjoyed myself here. I highly recommend you visit.
Great place for groups and kids!
Catch the Spirit of American film with Michael Bulton singing the theme song. #murica!
Michael Bolton no longer sings during the movie :(
No changing table on the bathrooms .
Closed on Mondays!
The plane smells like death.
Great place for corporate/company parties/dinners!
American women have often been overlooked and underestimated in the taming of the west. This museum attempts to share what it has and point out that women too, have contributed equally. - Robert Dwight Charter
