Fitness Centre & Day Spa

This is an awesome fitness centre. I am a regular every visit to this part of Florida. I highly recommend.

Currently, there is a new parking garage being built to accommodate more cars. In the meantime, there is FREE valet parking ! What other Fitness Centre and Day Spa offers that? :)

The best fitness center any where in Orlando! Great staff , ultra clean , in a great location. I use it and my clients have access.

If u are an out of town guest. Go visit this gym . They have all you need and then some.

Working out here is great and everyone is friendly

If you have difficulty finding the fitness centre upon entering the building, it is the place that looks like a Macaroni Grill. Ironic.

Check out the Group Fitness Classes !! They will make you sweat while having fun!!

Seven level parking garage is found on other side of hospital .

The parking situation here is ridiculous. After driving around the parking lot for 10 minutes today I gave up and went back home. If you can run, jog, or walk here you are better off. That's my plan.

The pool has reopened :)

Parking is horrible... Almost as bad as the outlet mall ! Count on driving around for 10+minutes before you fet a spot.
