Comfortable hotel and typical of Hyatt Place spots. Good breakfast , great patio to eat in the sunshine. Nicely located near brewpubs and all the happening stuff on Pearl Street!
Single use package of tide @ $1.69, load of laundry is $2 to wash, $2 to dry, quarters only. 4th floor, use the stairs.
Nice rooms and good service at the bar and front desk
