Ippudo is the wait-50-mins-to-get-in luxury ramen spot in NYC so I was surprised to learn its a chain in Tokyo. Not surprised it was delicious tho. Recommended.
This is the first Ippudo's restaurant in Tokyo. Spicy leaf mustard and bean sprouts on the table are for free. I recommend to eat them with beer as like Izakaya in relax manner before eating a ramen . Read more
Try the basic shiromaru, katame(how you want your noodle cooked). And don't forget sprout, leaf mustard , and pickled ginger for topping!
Aka Ippudo. Best ramen in Ebisu. Take Ebisu stn east gate (JR line make sure ur exit is upstairs), exit gate, walk straight, go down escalator past starbucks, down stairs to road , follow map!

元祖博多ラーメン 零！恵比寿開店20周年記念に3日間だけ出したメニューだが…チャーハン と共に定番にして欲しい一麺 。定番だと白丸元味+タンメン 野菜 +博多一口餃子 +替玉 +食べ放題 の味付けもやし ＝ #幸せのカテゴリー
ランチは+100円を払ってAランチにしべし！餃子 が付いてご飯 おかわりし放題！
白みそがおいしい。日曜日のお昼 は行列 してます。

株主優待、1日11日21日31日は20%OFF
夜でも結構人がいる。あと、注文を受けた後も結構待たされるのでその点は注意。
数年ぶりに行ったら会計するだけで10分以上かかった。
平日昼ならそれほど並ばずに食べられる
15年位前にこの店で初めて赤丸新味を食べたときは衝撃的だった。
恵比寿本店でしか食べれない、かさね味がある。かわりに赤丸はなし。
バリスゴカードゲットまで、一年で60杯週一ペースで食べないとダメだ！！(>_<)
ほぼ毎回餃子 クーポンがもらえるよ～もやし 和え物がいつも嬉しいー
赤丸も復活してるね～
