The service in this hotel is unbeatable and the dining a real treat. Make sure to wake up early for the breakfast buffet at the MELT café . You definitely will not be needing lunch !

I really enjoyed this hotel . It was what we needed. The staff is amazing, the rooms are nice, and the pool area is fabulous. Poolside , they provide very small drinks periodically for free.

Ask the Front Office Agent nicely for a Room Upgrade. He/She might just give you a Bay View Room on a nice and slow day, just like I did. ????

The Meritus Club Lounge here is excellent--perfect interiors and great cocktails served while you have a fantastic view of the skyline.

Love this hotel ..specially the buffet ...and the choice..I stayed in 2009 and was great.

Floors 21-30 are the Club Floors, and avail you to butler service and the Club Room on the 24th floor. Get a corner 1-bedroom suite - still priced well . Decor needs a refresh soon, though. :-)

One of my Favorite Hotel.Great service.Been staying here for weeks and multiple times. Do checkout Wasabi Restaurant and try their Umi Special.

There is food court Makan Sutra across the hotel . And walk to the waterfront at night to get a wonderful view of Marina Bay Sands & the bay .

The place is wondrous and exemplary. Well recommended for tourists and travellers.

Beautiful interior , but odd layout to navigate. Filled with Asian artwork. Strangely quiet and peaceful without the noise of a typical hotel .

Great view . But I can hear evrything in both my left and rite neighboring rooms and upstairs. Asked for a rm change and they gave me a similar rm one level higher - not helping...

OMG.,,its 9th years ago since I was c/in and spend 4nights here with ma fams on 2003..,,and now... I'm BaCK Singapore \(*ˆ▽ˆ*)/

Does not meet the high expectations that comes with the brand. Little details are off, like water pressure or plugs that doesn't work. Breakfast buffet not as good as Hilton.

Hard to get to on foot from nearby malls , but well-decorated.

If you want to celebrate New Year's Eve or any celebration which has fireworks at the KLCC Park , take the room overlooking the Park , not the KLCC. You may not get to see it if you are too far inside
