The Chai Feast ($29) is exceptional value! Also heavy on vege and vegan options . Eat as much as you like! The actual chai is great, too. My IPA also went down a charm.
Very friendly staff & great live music . The roti rolls are amazing! Spicy food & tea but order the IPA beer or another refreshing beverage and you're all set for a delicious meal and a great evening!
Sat outdoor on nice wooden stools. Food was amazing! Lamb was my fav, chicken and wild salmon was awesome too!
Live music (though sometimes too loud ) does add to the ambience. Cool spot, cozy design. Tried 3 different dishes and a dessert , all tasty! Service slow, maybe understaffed but I'd go back :)
They let you sample some food while you wait for your table. I recommend going the tapas route and try everything you can. Great experience.
Best chai teas , get the almond chai or green tea soy chai . Lots of gluten-free and vegan options . The gypsy gluten-free roti wrap is a fav.
The silk route tasting menu is the best! Make sure you get the salmon curry and the peas and cheese . Everything here is delicious.
Live flamenco some nights. Amazing Afghani/Pakistani food. Come hungry so you can try more things.
The lamb kebab was really good! ! Loved the curry ! They give u a little sample of a hot chai tea :D
They have delicious "eastern shakes ". Try the Turkish Chill . You won't regret it.
Great food and the most uncomfortable furniture in the charted universe .
Amazing afghan food . The SilkRoute Feast is amazing.
Make reservations ! We waited 90 minutes last night! Great food, though. And great music .
Butter chicken is not very spicy ! Good for people who like spicy and non-spicy foods. :)
Whenever I need a good cup of chai , this is the place to go!
drawn to the music and mouth-watering fish curry .. Chai feast in 3,2,1..
You can't go wrong with any of their Chais ! Best chai I have ever had!
When making a reservation , they try to charge $3 per person as a “contribution for the musician ”, but it’s an optional charge.
Roti rolls are krazy delicious!!! Lion of the desert is my fav!
The best Masala Chai in the city !
Best place, best interior, best food, best manager Sonya !!!! !!!! !!!!

I absolutely loved the potatoes that come with the plate option, the freshly squeezed juices are also awesome, try the carrot and apple one! - Bianca Davanzo Bianeck
Baba ghanouj is amazing, order it with cucumbers for a completely vegan/ gluten free option apposed to the pita bread. Their holistic drinks are the bombdotcom, and the sea scallops are delicious! - Megan Hill
The microwave is for brain surgeons. Let the friendly deli folks grill for you. - Keith Parry
Legit tiki bar. Great Mai Tais and Zombies. The Rum Punch was also top notch. I will be back next time I'm in Vancouver! - Allen
