Honestly not sure why this place has a 4.6 rating. It's a solid Pat Lafreida burger in the middle of an airport food court . I'd say it's pretty great considering. Nicely cooked burger w/ a pillowy bun

You can order from any of the Food Hall restaurants using the iPads provided, regardless of where you sit in the Food Hall.

Do not go! We went here because we thought it would be comparable to the NYC top spots they serve and wanted a quick bite on our way home after a late-night flight. Terrible quality food and produce.

Bacon , egg , and cheese on a potato roll is rather expensive ($7.25), but very tasty. Order from the iPad

Definitely not a "fast" food place, but freshly prepared food. Think more along the lines a midtown NYC deli with lots if people waiting around in awkward groups. Better quality than McDs etc.

Travellers keep in mind that service is really slow. You order in one location, pay in another and then return to Custom Burgers and wait for food that is just okay. Salad bar is probably much better

Excellent quinoa veggie burger !!!

I would skip this horrible process. After 15 minutes with no burger I gave up and grabbed pizza next door. Staff is indifferent which doesn't help. Better luck next time I suppose

Add a fried egg on whatever burger you get.

Do not order from here!!!! Service goes at the speed of slow, they forgot all our drink orders, and they don't know the difference between a bagel and a regular bun . Sandwich was cold too.

Service has improved since it opened. An improvement from the long lines at McDonalds!

Poorly designed condiment and food pick up area. 1 loitering customer impedes 15+ transactions and actions. Also they forgot my mushrooms it's such a hassle that I won't go back to fix it.

If you're in a rush, keep it moving--takes FOREVER!

This place sucks! Took 15 minutes to get my food and then it was cold. When I mentioned it was taking a long time, the girl shrugged her shoulders and said "oh well ."

Convenient, but expensive for such simple cold burgers .

Pretty disappointing considering I paid $7 for a burger that taste the same as McDonald's, $5 for fries that were crinkle cut and cold. Not impressed!

The only thing customized here is the bad service. And it's not cheap either. Eat at another place. Also, this place is renamed but sells the same junk in terminal 4.

Don't go here. Long waits . Incompetent staff with no sense of urgency. Mediocre food. I've given them 3 tries. Never again.

Wait for your burger . Do not walk away or it will get cold

Double check your burger before you leave the counter. Mine was grossly undercooked.

The chocolate shake is disgusting. It taste like it was made out of mothballs. I tossed it after 1 sip.
