Best mexican food in surprise ! Everything I've tried here is good! My fav. Drink is the purple Cadillac margarita !!!
Queso Blanco consisting of the following ingredients: green chilies , chopped onions , tomatoes and cilantro served with crispy flour tortillas . Reyna is the best waitress . I requested menu addition.
Our server Eric was awesome. He was fast. Everyone was so friendly saying "Hi". It was so yummy. Good Job Rio Mirage!

Fish tacos are good. Tried the nachos this time. Who puts enchilada sauce on chips . They all get soggy. Pass on the nachos .
The fajitas are to die for. Ask for J. C. for your waiter . The mayor of Rio Mirage is awesome.

Order the "El Rico ". It's the best menu item by far. The jalapeño cream cheese on it is amazing.
