Had a wonderful vegetarian tasting menu ; was happy they accommodated that when booked in advance. I loved the combination of flavours, textures as well as the service and their beautiful ceramics !
Fantastic umami dishes in a minimalistic ambiance. Fresh and seasonal vegetables and mushrooms — so fresh there was a live caterpillar in our salad . Plating is gorgeous and ceramics are artistic .
Speciality includes New Caledonia shrimp with cucumber and watermelon juice , Sonoma duck breast with stone fruit and butterbean puree & Caramel pot de creme with almond streusel and "river rock"
Great affordable refine dining. I highly recommend the tasting menu .
