The dry noodles come with scallion oil and would have more intense flavor while the noodle soup will have a light soup base.

The dumplings in the soup are slippery! Stab the part where they folded it close as you pick it up.

Tried their beef brisket noodles (or its nearest equivalent). Was okay but expensive . Had the bottomless noodles to go with it but not really value for money .
