The Fruit and Yogurt parfaits are always either expired or frozen. Never just right. MOST of the crew needs Customer service training too.
They have a guy who cleans uo in the lobby. If you leave your drink on the table he will drink from it. Management does nothing when you tell them.
Have always had good service in this very clean location .
The remodel looks nice but it doesn't feel family oriented like McDonald's is suppose to be.
next to my house. actually travel to the other McDonald's further away because of poor service, long wait times bad food quality. it always seems like at any given time they only have 2 workers
